Refund/Exchange Policy


You can exchange the product within the first 10 calendar days of the item's delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:

  • Product is defective and/or damaged.
  • Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.

Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can't be a subject of resell any more.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will get the exchanged product within 7 (business vs. calendar) days.

Important Notice 1: Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference of colors will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference of different monitor/screen colors :)

Important Notice 3: Please look at the reference photos on the product page to see how to product looks from top, bottom, and sides, in the banner images. There won't be any replacements in case you did not see side images and had different expectations. Rest be assured, the products are carefully designed to be protective from all 4 sides, the raised lip on top and bottom, protects the phone from any unusual fall there might happen.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

 

  • You Can apply for a refund within 24 hours of order.
  • We do not provide refund for the Delivered Orders.
  • Refund will be credited through the mode of payment within 3-7 Working days.
  • IF customer selected a Wrong model by our hand So we will exchange the cover with half amount of invoice and shipping extra

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Or Exchange is not available on Slim cases in the event of a little color differentiation.
- Slim cases are hand made and color may vary from actual pictures.

- For Exchange Or Return We may ask you for Video of the case and About Phone Screenshot for verification and to make sure the issue isn't repeated.

- Any product purchased from sale/offer are not returnable nor exchangeable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
